景观设计两条轴线，利用核心组团间的绿化带作为组团的景观主轴，沿景观轴线设计若干个景观节点，在空间的步移景换中，实现钢性空间和柔性空间的和谐交融。

建筑以端庄大方、精致娟秀的现代中式风格为核心，运用端庄优雅的宁静色彩，使居家氛围具有亲切感。建筑外墙采用米白色和灰色仿石真石漆，强调庄重典雅感，同时不失简洁、现代的中式风范。

采用现代中式建筑特点，在材质和元素应用上，采取质朴温暖的色彩，使建筑外面色彩明快，既醒目又不过分夸张，且采用柔和的特殊涂料，不产生反光，兼具环保与审美性。

The landscape design has two axes. The green belt between the core groups is used as the landscape spindle of the group. Several landscape nodes are designed along the landscape axis.

The building takes the dignified, elegant and delicate modern Chinese style as the core, and uses the dignified and elegant quiet colors to make the home atmosphere have a sense of intimacy. The exterior wall of the building is painted in off-white and gray imitation stone, emphasizing the sense of gravity and elegance, while maintaining a simple and modern Chinese style.

Modern Chinese architectural characteristics are adopted, simple and warm colors are adopted in the application of materials and elements, so that the colors outside the building are bright, eye-catching but not too exaggerated, and soft special paint is adopted, which does not produce reflection, and is both environmental protection and aesthetic.
